This site has some info but I need some expert advice :-) http://www2.izook.com/clutch-cable/ Sometimes when pressing the clutch in I cant get into any...

SJ410 Grease points?
Hi guys, Can someone confirm to me where all the grease nipples are on an SJ410. I drove through some water the other day and want to make sure everything is looked after properly whilst I'm doing other bits on the car. I've seen some near the propshafts that connect to the transfer box. But can't f...

SJ410 Transfer Box rattles at 40+ mph
Hi guys, A few days ago I drove in deep water to get to a field where access was flooded. Deep to me is 50cm ;-) Since this (maybe a coicindence) but my transfer box rattles 2Wheel High above 40mph. If I hold the transfer level I can feel the rattling and if I press to one side it disappears. I have...

Breather to Transfer box?
Hi guys,
I've got breathers on my diffs but need to do the one on the transfer box. Is there an easy way to do this one?
And do I also have to do the gearbox?
Thanks

Re: SJ410 1986, full beam wire
So if it's negative switched where can i take a feed from? :-( Bloody electronics confuse me!
I'm tempted to take one off the dash light that shows full beam is on as that's near to the relay. Any idea what colour that could be? (White?)
Thanks for your help guys, it's much appreciated

SJ410 1986, full beam wire
Hi guys, I've fitted some flood lights to the front of the truck and currently have the relay controlled by a switch that takes it's 12v from the aux for the radio. However, i wish to change this so that i can take the 12v from the full beam so they come on with them. I will keep the switch so that ...

Clutch cable needs adjusting?
Hi guys, When in N and my food off the clutch it sounds like it's rubbing ever so slightly. I also have a problem selecting reverse sometimes as it struggles to go in or grinds, it's almost like I can't press the clutch pedal down enough, is there some sort of cable that can be adjusted to allow me ...
