Changing idle speed!!

Hi Guys, could anyone point me in the right direction please? The little sj 410 runs a treat but the idle speed keeps changing, one day it will be correct the next racing on a little. I've checked the return springs and the throttle appears not to be sticking, alittle bit of duck oil for good measure. At a bit of a loss, somebody the other day mentioned the needle may be sticking,, Needle??? not sure what this is.

Are the revs constant?

Or are they fluctuating while running?

Have you tried redx?

Hi thanks for replying. The revs are constant either at a low or higher idle speed.
