I'm finding my starter motor is getting stuck when trying to turn over so a new one is in need.
Can anyone recommend a place for a Samurai starter motor?

Have you given it a strip down, clean and some fresh lubricant where needed yet? Most of the time it's all they need.

no but I think I will . Are they easy to strip? I've fitted starter motors but never cleaned one.ScottieJ wrote:Have you given it a strip down, clean and some fresh lubricant where needed yet? Most of the time it's all they need.

I just got 2 refurbished. Like new, new solenoids £100 to have the pair done.
