Starter motor recommendation

Post by combatkenz » Sun Aug 20, 2017 9:21 pm

I'm finding my starter motor is getting stuck when trying to turn over so a new one is in need.

Can anyone recommend a place for a Samurai starter motor?

Have you given it a strip down, clean and some fresh lubricant where needed yet? Most of the time it's all they need.

 no but I think I will :salute:. Are they easy to strip? I've fitted starter motors but never cleaned one.

I just got 2 refurbished. Like new, new solenoids £100 to have the pair done.
