That looks suspiciously like my high steer kit...avoid the total arse who I bought mine from. See the latest few posts on the no dosh lj revamp.
If it ticks over...leave it

It's a high steer kit.
I believe rob storr is the only guy making these
Regularly.
I've personally always had great service from Rob
And I would highly recommend him.
But there are a few complaints by other previous customers.

If donkeychomp is talking about rob storr I'm another vote for avoid him, I could understand the poor service if the products were good

You might be better of using the mercedes ones.

I would rather run a properly built hi-steer any day than bodging merc arms on, they have the wrong taper for the Suzuki rod ends and don't really bolt on well, you have to oval one of the holes and then they just bolt to the caliper carrier. They don't tie into the existing steering like the proper kits. I would rather not add additional stresses to my brake mounts by attaching the steering to it.d_r_1989 wrote:You might be better of using the mercedes ones.
Steering and brakes are two things I will not skimp on.
I've never had an issue with my full floater kit from him, most of his stuff is well made and strong.
I thought you had no issues in the end Alex....when he eventually sent you the steering links rather than ladamans shafts
However there is an issue with all high steer kits...they ruin the Ackerman angle, only way to keep the Ackerman angle is to do a half high steer, keeping the original tie rod.

I still had issues with him...I had to source a load of bolts and such to get the thing to fit. And the message 'you have a big mouth you work out how to fit it' still gets on my pecs..
