Thanks for the welcome, folks.
I can see lots of serious rigs here, don't think mine's ever going to go quite that direction!

Most of my off-roading is done with a serious rig, but in 1/10th scale - a not-very-standard, custom skinned, Axial Wraith:

I have a clodbuster in a closet that I need to replace all the bushings on for bearings, as it's got a massively upgraded pair of motors and 4 batteries only lasts about 5 minutes of play. Got so sick of recharging batteries I put it in a closet and didn't pull it out again.

I think I should do the bearings upgrade and buy some lipo batteries for it, they're more suited to high discharge rate scenarios than the nicad batteries I've been trying to use (which, having been at the back of a closet for 2 years, are probably completely knackered by now anyway).

I also want an SJ body for mine too!
1985 SJ413VX (SJ50V) with SPOA, rear disc brakes, 31x10.5R15 Kaiman Malatesta tyres, an MOT and a lot left to do!

No, it's vinyl stickers applied inside the lexan, so pretty indestructible :)
I came up with the design, a girl in Canada ( Krawler Konceptz ) turned it into art and printed it onto the shiny metallic skins.
