I think a 1.3 dizzy goes straight on. Not too sure about the 1.6.

Mine had different wiring between the two so presumed they would be different in some other way too.

The drive gear on the bottom of the dizzy is different I think.

That's why if using a 1.6 dizzy on a 1.3 you have to swap the housing on the back of head and vice versa.

BUT there might be a chance that the 1.6 you have has a 1.3 dizzy as people often swap it over ;)

I know a 1.3 dizzy slips straight in, the 1.6 drive gear might not quite mesh right.

For wiring follow the 1.6 into a 410 guide in the electrical section.

Also remember that there's no vac take off for the vacuum advance on the dizzy so you can't run it.

Ive got a couple of dizzys, one has a longer shaft under the drive gear and the other has no shaft. Both came out of 1.6 vits
Sid James gone but never forgotten
Jimny 1.6 not as good as an SJ but still good

yes with the correct housing for the dizzy and an adapter, it's not the teeth that are different.
