Full caliper including pistons and slides approx £40 a side. As said I rebuilt mine and have no issues. Okay, turns out Mum rang up Cookies and ordered me some new calipers through them and they'll arrive tomorrow; Her argument being that if the current ones lasted 30 years then a new set ought to last as well.
Thanks for the help lads. Should have it all back together by tomorrow afternoon, then I'll just have to hope the bodywork holds together until the summer.
Plus I get £48 back if I take the old ones in after I've got them off.

Got the disc and pads fitted to the other side today, along with the exhaust and getting the drivers side caliper off again ready for the new ones that should be ready for picking up tomorrow at about noon.
Pictures show the condition of the old pads and discs, new discs and pads on one side, the remains of the exhaust section and the new one on my truck.
