Brakes international do rebuild kits and new pistons, I would just rebuild them.
Full caliper including pistons and slides approx £40 a side. As said I rebuilt mine and have no issues. Gonna fit jap calipers to the rear eventually.

Okay, turns out Mum rang up Cookies and ordered me some new calipers through them and they'll arrive tomorrow; Her argument being that if the current ones lasted 30 years then a new set ought to last as well.

Thanks for the help lads. Should have it all back together by tomorrow afternoon, then I'll just have to hope the bodywork holds together until the summer.

Plus I get £48 back if I take the old ones in after I've got them off.

Ah well keep 1 set an rebuild them and take the worst ones in for your exchange money back..

if in doubt, FLAT OUT!

mans tool kit > duct tape, wd40 and a bfh is all you ever need

Thanks anyway. I'm sent you a PM about it.

Got the disc and pads fitted to the other side today, along with the exhaust and getting the drivers side caliper off again ready for the new ones that should be ready for picking up tomorrow at about noon.

Pictures show the condition of the old pads and discs, new discs and pads on one side, the remains of the exhaust section and the new one on my truck.

I know, no one seems to have any. Jordi gave me some rear ones which will be going on soon, when I put the rear springs on I've got in the garage.

I'll check if the spares Zuk has some front bump stops when I'm home.

Nope. Only bump stops I could find at all were some extended polyurethane front ones...on Llama4x4 I think...

Bad news gentlemen. My Zook's courtesy light has stopped working when I open the door so I'm going to have to scrap my SJ.
