Or sell it on ebay.

Sounds about right. Think a 10L refill is about 45 quid for argon mix.

Still researching but it appears that it depends on the level of fill or bar/pressure and these are only filled to 50 bar.. Other bottles can be filled to 230 bar.

So if I've got this right :er:
Your supplier sells you 10 litre @ 200 bar (£45) which is 2000 litres and at 10 litres per minute flow rate it would last you 200 minutes and cost 2.25 pence per litre?

Jawel will supply me with a 9 litre bottle @ 50 bar (£30) which is 450 litres and at the same flow rate would last for 45 minutes and cost 6.7 pence per litre?
If I've worked this out right? Yours is the much better deal. newtomud also newtowelding :weld:

Im no expert but that seems correct.

I think you should look at a few other suppliers in your area and see what they have to offer

TBH I rarely run my gas on 10l/m you don't really need to unless its a bit draughty.

Your right Dan so I looked up south west and they have a supplier fairly near me in Kidderminster..I'll give them a ring
Scottiej I was using the 10l/m for a reference to give me and idea of the different welding times on each bottle..But you're right it might be a bit draughty as I've no garage
