Re: Jordis 1988 Samurai (Re)Build
So, been in the garage again tonight. Last few check before Wales.
Fuel lines changed
A transfer box oil seal changed.
Carb tweaked
CB swapped to a (hopefully) better one
Ready for the off tomorrow.

1017 miles over 5 days. Several hundred to south wales, several hundred through wales, covering some awesome, scenic, tricky and brutal lanes, several hundred back home.
Overall no major issues, some tweaks to do with the body work and suspension. Worst thing was the constant leak of rear diff oil and the rear drive flanges trying to unbolt themselves.
Overall a great trip, little truck performed well and has earned some well deserved tlc. Making a start today on the smaller stuff. The less important but bigger jobs (needs sills cutting out and new ones) can wait for now.

1st job done was to move the back axle forward an inch. Easy enough as the bolt hole was already in the bracket.
When fully loaded it was literally sat on the stops and the shackle angle was very shallow.
Looks much healthier.
