You'll probably find there's holes rusted in the top of the chassis leg when you cut the old supports of. The supports have drain holes in the bottom, which block and rot out the support, but unfortunately often rot a hole straight down too through the chassis leg, so you'll have to plate those too
It's not a question of how much you spend on your suzuki, but when your money will run out

Removed the cab from the chassis and found some big holes in the chassis under the rear of the cab, also the drivers side chassis rail is a bit bent.
Dont know where to go from here, welding I can handle but bent chassis rails?
I would take some measurements to check that it's actually bent, I have seen a few chassis with similar bulges from the forming of the chassis rails in the factory.
the rails and dimensions should be the same as the lwb ones here.

Its deffo bent. Took springs off over weekend. Front nearsides a normal front spring, front offside has a rear spring instead of a front spring, ill put pics up wen i get home of the springs. I thought to do rear up front you had to make brackets to relocate the front spring shackle?
