Re: Tramps Truck,
One sill in place, welded along the front, and tacked at the back, thanks to my mate Ian who did all the welding and my mate lee who did some grinding,

Re: Tramps Truck,
Still working on the drivers side,
It was a nightmare around the footwell, damn tin worm! I still have to patch the rear flared arch mount, and replace part of the rear arch which had corroded out. I'll have another look tomorrow at the footwell and see if I'm happy with it, I think there are a few little holes that need either filling or a May put another piece of steel over the top,

Re: Tramps Truck,
Looking spot on Luke. While your doing major work might aswell cut the rot out the footwell and make new panels.
1988 Samurai - Truck Cab & Tray Back - 1.6 8v & HIF44 - Snorkel - Stack Exhaust - PAS, YJs & 33s - Trussed, Gusseted & Pumpkin Capped Axles - 4.3 R&Ps - 4.16 T/Box - Rear Air Locker - Full Float Back Axle & Discs - RCV Front Shafts - X-Eng Handbrake - Custom Fuel Tank
Re: Tramps Truck,
Always cut out and replace. Otherwise it will just rot out between the old and new panel.
