Re: UJ Info
Just had a mare of a time finding Samurai UJs.
Ended up getting them from BRT Bearings. If anyone needs the code number: PUJ2028

Re: UJ Info
Hi guys,
as I understand ALL UJs ARE THE SAME right? Regardless which shaft?
Guy from part place trying to tell me that UJs on first shaft (trans to tbox) is smaller than the rest, like 24 x something..?

Re: UJ Info
It shouldn't be but there are a few late model and aftermarket props around that use a UJ with a 24mm cap.
Re: UJ Info
OK I will measure it then just to make sure.

Re: UJ Info
Ideally KOYO are the best but they're no longer in the automotive market so nigh on impossible to get hold of. I recently fitted a Blueprint UJ and it lasted about 900 miles so avoid, I then ordered some Stark ones but when they arrived they felt like chocolate so sent them back without even fitting. I currently have Matsuba but the car hasn't moved since I fitted them so can't confirm if they're any good, but they felt good quality and they're Japanese which is usually a good sign!
