Re: Engine " stuttering " during WOT
Well, yup the new "410A carb" I got didn't fit, got the stock one on still. Decided to pull the CAT - didn't make a difference. At least I know it's not that. Gotta be something with the carb. I got the idle down real smooth, but the high speed jet always seems to not affect the carb while...

84' SJ410 -- Canadian made. The Aisin 80010 carb is one w/ extra electric peripherals to help monitor air flow. Currently has extra sensors disconnected because they are themselves broken. Cannot find new ones. Hoping to replace carb. soon with an easy swap, BUT she ran fine for the first few months...

Hitch Mount for 84' SJ410
Looking for the best way to mount a trailer hitch.
I can see where I could mount a " Y " shaped trailer hitch in place of the eye bolts on the rear.
Is there a good compatible brand that bolts up all nice?
I'm in the U.S

Just looked and the new shoes are different in ways not apparent before.
Samurai shoes are more pronounced where they meet with the upper & lower wheel cylinders.
Currently doing some grinding modification.

Brake Drum not fitting back on ( Despite adjusting screw )
Just replaced my rear wheel cylinder with a a TVS-girling from India. ( Only part I could find reasonably price-shipped to the US ) Replaced the shoes with new ones designed for a 86' Samurai. ( Only ones I could find so far, & seem to be the exact same size as my old shoes. Not 100% on the actu...

Simple 20amp fuse was bad - it looked perfectly fine but appearences are deceptive.
.
Now I just got the turn signals / headlights to work out, they are at best flaky.
