I've found tons of tutorial's on how to strip the plastic ones but none of them look like this.

On all the tutorial's I can find the big white plastic ring has some tabs that undo,these don't,could anybody point me in the direction of a tutorial or has anybody any experience on how to strip these,thanks for any advice.
