Two circled vacuum units
The one on the left was used on myold carb, now not in use with the weber (i assume)
the one on the right has a green plug connection and 2 vacuum outlets that have never had any hoses attached

On my weber I just connected the two points together, after all they are at the same vaccum, the weber kit came with some blanks to fit over these, I had an accident with mine due to the timing being wrong & resulted in a big backfire through the inlet manifold which blew the tops off the blanks! So I just fitted the pipe

Well mines ok for now but I could do that to make it neater I suppose
Looking at your choke cable you've left lots of wire after the lever which is good incase it frays or for your adjustment. I'm an idiot and I cut it EXACTLY to length.
