im newish to all this but ive got a 410 tbox to fit but it has the brake on it, but my sami has the hand brake on the rear drums, which is better to use or am i confusing myself,, heeellllppppp

personally I prefer the t-box break, as it adds another breaking part to the overall system, plus means less messing about if you switch to rear discs
I ran a Sammy with wheel breaks, and fitted the 410 box with brake, and just didnt use that part, yes, you are carrying a couple of extra kilo's of weight but means it is there if ever you convert/have problems with the rear breaks

ahh ok thanks ill run it and just not use it then unless i have to, not really thought about disc conversion yet, still got lots to do and as for the extra kilos its ok its not the lightest of sj's,

I have the other problem, i have another t-box in my garage to fit, as my current one is a bit noisy, and i have to change the brake drum from one to the other as i need the centre brake (early jap built zook)

will the hand brake cables cause me any bother, eg length with them being on rear an attached to the body,
i have add leafs and a 2 inch body lift#
