this is mine !!!!! Truck cabbing it slowly but surely Work and family get in the way!!!!!!
Its been off the off road for too Long now looking for somebody to buddy up with in stoke/crewe area to help and inspire................ all done so far from freebies the roof was free and the rear door was a swap off difflock !!!!! so hence the name shoestring as thats the budget !!!!!!!

Thanks for the comments Hopefully it will get finished before june for my birthday.I am not planning on going over board with the mods just want it to look and function well at first then I plan to cage it and transplant the engine wondering whether to diesel or vit 1.6 but the length of time its been in the garage i just want it play day ready ........................................................................for now .But while its off the road i might just do the lot!

been way to long since i updated this so ill do it now! not much done but here is a few pics

so far and i now have running fairly sweet and i also have a windscreen fitted ! I have sourced most of the bits and pieces i need to finish her off and just need some more time hopefully will be done for xmas!!! maybe......

yep ! some of ,like you are hardcore!!! lol. i love a challenge me, fred dibnah is my inspiration , his steam roller project took him 24 years and 3 marriages to complete!!! , although i dont think ill let it get that far It was very rotten in some areas and solid in others but mr angry has a play then the magic glue machine comes out and wahey its solid again!!!. your truck is looking good to mate.

Fair play bud...lookin good!I'm in the same boat as a few here...my wedding and house has put my sj at the bottom of the big list! I'm quite fortunate with mine as there is hardly any bad rust spots on my little santana!
Its quite common to see the prick ups with chequer plate...will you go along those line or something different?
Keep up the good work and keep up posted!
