Hi all, new to this site but as my local Suzuki main dealer garage failed to resolve a particular problem, thought I’d ask you experts out there for advice,
I’ve owned two Swifts so far and pound for pound, found them to be excellent cars but having just passed the last one onto my daughter, an issue appeared with the remote keys; they, both of them, no longer lock/unlock the doors and you have to hold a key against the start button to start the car.
Done the obvious, changed the key batteries but no joy. Contacted my regular main dealer who claims it’s never happened before and wants an initial diagnostics fee of £100+ to see if they can pinpoint the fault with no guarantee they’ll resolve it.
Any thoughts?
