Vitara is a kangaroo

Hi I just purchased a 1998 vitara 1.6 single point injection type I do belive. So.... she starts great ticks over great go down the road absolutely spot on.. until she warms up 5 mins or so.. she will kangaroo so bad I feel sick. Every gear is the same.. revs up fine.. even ticks over just under load its bad. When cold again she is great. Changed plugs leads cap and rotor arm still the same. Pulled out egr and cleaned etc still same.. any help will be appreciated
