Rear fog light

I believe, this is the bracket for the fog light. Have been trying to figure out how and where it should go for a long time. Can you help me out please?

a crude diagram made using the parts cat....pretty sure theres 2 bolt holes on the bottom lip of the bumper and a tab on the back or something like that....it's been a while since ive seen an original one.
