SJ410 1986, full beam wire

Hi guys,
I've fitted some flood lights to the front of the truck and currently have the relay controlled by a switch that takes it's 12v from the aux for the radio. However, i wish to change this so that i can take the 12v from the full beam so they come on with them. I will keep the switch so that i can also disable the flood lights whilst on the road.
Any ideas what wire i can tap? I was hoping to bridge off a fuse but sadly the fuse is split Left and Right instead of Main and Full.
Thanks

Nope his will be negative as it'll be jap built. Only Spanish ones are positive switched and I think that's only later ones.

So if it's negative switched where can i take a feed from? :-( Bloody electronics confuse me!
I'm tempted to take one off the dash light that shows full beam is on as that's near to the relay. Any idea what colour that could be? (White?)
Thanks for your help guys, it's much appreciated

Need to be wired as Scotties link (2nd post).
The relay needs a permanent positive and switched negative from the high beam.

I should add that on Couriors truck we didn't bother like that, just snipped one of the high beam wires, put two connectors on and connected them to the relay.
You arent supposed to pull a lot of juice through the switch side of a relay, but the LED headlights we have hardly use much power at all.

I can't imagine it would hurt much to put a few amps through one, it's just an electromagnet after all. What's in there to break?
