Aftermarket steering wheel

Post by sidsuzuki2346 » Fri Apr 10, 2015 8:43 pm

I want to fit an aftermarket steering wheel to my sj but I'm not sure what route to take. Can anyone else with an aftermarket steering wheel let me know what their set up is? Thanks.

I have a Mountney and a Astrali on my zooks...just unbolt the old wheel and bolt the new one in. Easy.
If it ticks over...leave it

Problem with most aftermarket steering wheels is that they are usually a lot smaller than the standard one, making it harder to steer and harder to see the speedo.... especially the area of the speedo around 30mph... where most speed cameras get you ;)

They all seem really expensive, I already have the Mountney wheel.

Sorry to pop up again but i have since found another boss kit on ebay which is a better deal it says its for vitaras up to 1992 will this definatly fit a jap sj 410. Just want to be sure i have the correct boss kit as i am doing up my sj on pocket money so 30 quid is alot of money. Any suggestions as to what the different's are (if there are any). Thanks
