How much of the original loom has been ripped out? Speedo comes from the tranny box so that shouldnt change. Everything else i would advise seeing what you have, what is still wired up, then being the fun tedious task of following each wire, grab a wiring diagram and crack on.

You cut out the wiring in the engine bay??? That was a mistake as you use that to wire the 1.6 up. There's only one wire that you don't use from the 410 loom if it's a carb engine that you fitted.
Chances are you have cut out the main power feed for everything, it's a thick white wire with yellow tracer.

Look for the white and yellow wire from the loom you cut out, you'll need to wire that back up.
There could be more that you need without knowing exactly how you have wired the vit loom in. Was quite a silly move just cutting it all out before checking what you needed to keep first.
