hello all
hello all
Hi all,
I live in Kent
I have 2 Suzuki's a 2003 GV1600 sport with a 2" lift and AT tyres. I have done some gentle off roading in this but as my daily drive can't afford to mess it up. so ....
I have just purchased a 1995 1.6 Vitara SWB soft top 6 months MOT, high millage 161,000 but engine runs as sweet as. cost £250 !!! if it turns out to be a total basket, then it will be broken/used for spares.
I intend doing this up as cheaply as, and using it as an off road/ green lane car.
It will also stand in if my daily is not working for any reason.

Re: hello all
had a slightly better look today some rust on wheel arches and behind the trims (these will be removed)
worst bit is in the back just below seat belt mount, drivers side the floor is a bit rotted poked a hole in it with finger !!!! other side has been repaired.
Engine: oil stain around rocker cover, new gasket.
oil / muck on to of gearbox could come from spill, where its been filled, no puddles on the floor
under the car.
to cold to spend a while looking at it as was in work also.
Guy said 4x4 did not work, but when i said it has free wheel hubs he looked confused, as never turned them on when in 4x4 mode !!! so hoping it will be ok.
