New remote locking/transponder key

Hi there,
Just bought a 2011 jimny which only came with 1 key with a remove to lock/unlock doors with a transponder in the other key only opens the doors but can't start the car where is the best place to buy a new one and get it programmed what sort of cost am I looking at for this

its a main dealer job costing £££££ best off looking for a lock set and ecu on ebay

Try someone like Timsons for a replacement key, they can clone the existing key so it won't need matching to the immo.
