Will a strip, clean and re-build sort out that sort of thing or should i be looking at replacement parts? If so ill get some bits ordered now so ill have them this weekend, as the miss's is away so i have the whoooole weekend to get her back on the road!

Stirp and clean usually does the job. Just make sure you have silicone/rubber grease for them.

front calipers stripped and rebuilt so no more sticky brakes! wanted to take pics as i was accidentally proud having never done it before, but i was so in to it i forgot. oil change and rewiring the interior later!

Nooo! You can't paint the doors the same colour as the car - we don't have enough patchwork SJ's left now!!!

Even I have two yellow doors now, admittedly only one is.bolted to the Zuk.
