Re fit my snorkel. Measure up and fit a new set of brake flexis, extended shocks / new shock mounts, few oil leaks to sort.
Generally tidy it up, paint axles and chassis.
Eventually (been intending to for 5+yrs). Custom fuel tank, tray back and spare wheel carrier.
Rear fitted winch is always in the back of my mind too. But fitted so it loops to the front and can be used in either direction. Think its called vectoring.

your best bet for more steering lock is to move the spring mounts in to 410/413 spacing, it's gonna be a bit of work and the YJ kit might need slight tweaks though.
Good to see you again at the weekend Jordi, was a good day on Sat!

That might be a bit too much work for me yet Scottie.
Yeah, cracking day out. Roll on the next weekend.

I have a Ramsey 9000 that came off a LR D90 that I'd like to mount like that. Had no idea it was called "vectoring". Let me see pics if you do it, please!

Dunno if it counts as progress / work but i ordered a spare tyre to go on my spare wheel.

Spare tyre arrived weeks ago, still sat on the garage floor.
Janspeed manifold acquired.
Waiting a price on two 9500lb winches
Loads of steel still sat on the garage floor for a tray back and custom fuel tank.
Zero time or motivation to do any of it. Sad i know, just very short on time due to work and family commitments at the moment.
Only had it out once this year as it's been manic at work but hopefully i'll get all of the above done and more use out of it next year.

Sounds all too familiar Jordi. I've got 2 winches in the workshop for the LJ been sitting there for 2 years. along with the rock sliders...too much time doing other stuff right now so I do empathise. However I would like to see your SJ with a custom tank!

Why not just run one winch mid mounted in a vector set up, saves weight and you can use it to pull in either direction
