Re: Jordis 1988 Samurai (Re)Build
Looks good man... have you got a pic of the approach angle from the side? I'm curious what kind of angle you end up with as its the only thing that makes me not sure about YJs

Yeah, sky kit. Seems ok. Yet to do any more than push round the yard sadly.

Re: Jordis 1988 Samurai (Re)Build
It drove again under it's own power today.
Wheel bearings all torqued up
Back axle moved back a bit
Props refitted
X Eng brake 75% fitted
Loads of nuts and bolts replaced with new ones
Diffs filled with oil
Rear calipers fitted
Lots more nuts and bolts checked and torqued up
The all important RCV sticker fitted
Still to do:-
Weld on rear brake flexi mounts
Weld on axle shock mounts
Plumb up and bleed brakes
Fit x eng hand brake cable
Steering arms and track rod end
Hoping thats it.

Re: Jordis 1988 Samurai (Re)Build
Its taking a lot more hours than i initially hoped. The back axle issue threw me today when the rear prop wouldn't fit back on. Ate into time i didn't really have.
