i plan on using a centre punch, not going to just drill a hole and hope it works lol, will check and double check that its right before drilling holes in my axle perches and bottom plates..

when ive got this sorted and got the 5 speed in ill take the zuk up wigan pay and play and get some mud on it lol, need to do the gearbox soon as i think the clutch is on its way out as when the engine is idling i can get something being flung around the bell housing or the gearbox, so its t=either bits of gears in the box or the clutch, ive got both in the shed so its just a case of getting round to doing it lol..

The release bearing might be collapsing.

Not sure about the 4 to 5sp conversion but even an amateur should be able to do the clutch in under 2hrs.

Very slightly on the bulkhead, in every position I'v had it you can slide your hand between the wing and tyre (once you've scraped the mud out)

I was concerned first few times out but there's no tyre damage, no scuff marks in the wing and when I've had it as in the pic I've checked it a few times. All seems good.

As long as the inner wings are nice and smooth where they hit then there's no need to worry about a bit of rubbing :smokin:
