seam to hit a stone wall , my tim temp guage takes up pretty much most of the pipework in the top hoes all bends etc, so were else can i put the fan switch thing

i could probably but my uncle made that sendor housing for me and he said that thread he cut in the tube was a very odd size special one or somethingDarrell wrote:Looks a nice chunky lump. A suitable suzuki swift radiator switch is 16mm x 1.5mm pitch (fine) thread. Most temperature sensors have a 1/8npt thread.

Don't know what bore size is needed ?
Could use a slight bend from your old hose to join new switch to thermostat cover/housing.
