New lights ???? Confused
Evening,
Forgive me if I'm being dull,
I ordered new headlights for my suzuki, they came today but I'm not sure they are right,
Without checking the truck and me not remembering I just want to make sure
I think on the truck it is 3 screws that slot into the holders on the lights and then you turn the lights into place,
But looking at the new ones I'm not sure now,
Any info would be great

Re: New lights ???? Confused
I'm only used to the Jap type one's as below.
I guess it may fit and those lugs on the new unit do nothing.
I expect the lights also fit other vehicles.
They do look deeper than standard SJ ones (well mine anyway).
Do they also have a sidelight built in ??

Re: New lights ???? Confused
you need to take the steel ring from your old headlight, and screw it on this headlight. the steel ring can be seen in darells last picture, and it is seperate from the actual headlight itself
It's not a question of how much you spend on your suzuki, but when your money will run out
Re: New lights ???? Confused
I think those are the lights my father bought for his old 410 and he bought some mounts for them seperately??

Hi,
I shall be the first one to admit how much of a pleb I am,
You guys are completely correct, there where rings on the old lights help on by little clamps the same as your pictures. They are the same depth as the old ones, but with h4 bulbs, a side light, and flat instead of domed.
Rings all cleaned up and painted and on the new lights,
I prefer the flat lights instead of the domed ones that where on it,
Cheers for your help

Re: New lights ???? Confused
Looks good, should really fit some new headlights in my sammy as the current ones are worse than gloworms in jam jars
