Ok so I Cleaned it. WD40 works every time

Heres my 1985 SJ410 doing what it does best....taking me trout fishing. Just went through its MOT with Cornish Flags flying.

Hi Rhinoman

Believe it orno i rub a rag of WD40 over thebody work once a week. I use it every day 40miles to work and back. Little star. Just need a replacement soft top as the rear panel is knackered.

I use WD40 on the black plastic stuff when I clean my car - that's not very often though!

Looks good. I use meguiars tyre dressing on black plastics brings it up a treat
if in doubt, FLAT OUT!

mans tool kit > duct tape, wd40 and a bfh is all you ever need
