I plan on fitting central locking to my grand vitara but cannot find the diagram for the central locking box under the dash, I'm hoping this is where I need to connect up to as it's easy to get to
My locking system needs a remote kit that uses a double pulse which should be easy enough to get one, if anyone has or knows where to find a wiring diagram for the central lockin box then I would hugely appreciate it, will make the job a hell of a lot easier...

Not so sure, I think the box I seen under the steering column says central lockin on it but don't know if it is keyless entry as well, might be lucky to have it already in there and just need to get a keyfob for it, but that would be too easy wouldn't it?
Will have a look at it when I get a minute and see if the diagram is anything like the box I found, I've ordered a remote locking kit so if I can find out what's what I can fit it next week hopefully

My 2002 0nly has key central locking, it did have remote and alarm (selca system) unit i left my keys on top of wife's car roof and she drove of. They did 5miles untill they fell off. Unfortunately the only fob was run over on so now only key central locking. I think there may only be a few connections required to convert. I managed to get a second hand selca alarm but i have yet to fit it to replace my remote central locking and alarm. wife's 2004 5dr has remote central locking my 2002 gv 1.6 soft top was and is now key central locking and for some reason the rear door is manual ( Suzuki cheap skates) mind you if you can un zip the tear window what's the point of a locking rear door. Yes the clever box is under the drivers side
It' a 4x4 why not drive it across a field

My remote locking kit came today and is now wired in and working
All I need to do now is wire in the hazard lights so they flash
I will make a proper write up for it so other people can do it easily, it was only 4 wires to do it
But for now, the wires needed go into the central locking/keyless entry box on the right under the steering column under the dash trim,
Pink is LOCK
Pink with green tracer is UNLOCK
permanent 12v is the thick white with yellow tracer coming from the ignition switch...
