might be an option to use a LR wheel, and cut the centre out, and weld a suzuki centre in it at the desired offset?
It's not a question of how much you spend on your suzuki, but when your money will run out

No because that's never been done properly.

Il have custom wheels made.

I want to loose the wheel spacers so I don't want adapters either.

How much offset do you need? -30mm enough? You can get these 16x8 wheels from greece http://www.tuff.gr/en/steel-wheel-15x7- ... y-a07.html

would be 2.8" of rim inside the mounting face and 5.2" outside so that would be quite a decent amount that wont put too much strain on the wheel / kingpin bearings as they are going to suffer with the weight of 37" treps and lots of offset + once you weld on bead lockers it will technically give you a bit more offset

Wheels are being made for it mate.

All sorted :)

Treps are lighter than my boggers, which I am pleased about. Not sure on beadlocks yet, I have some bit not sure if il use them.

My boggers (x6) and wheels with beadlocks on and my wheel spacers and 5.1 trail gear transfer box will be for sale very soon, I'd say next couple off weeks.

Been busy with work recently, I've sent my 6.5 ratio transfer box off to rock watt to be rebuilt and checked. It's getting twin sticks, and 2 low. Also I'm getting a custom spine for my new rockwatt mount.

Arb air compressor on the way for the air free spool kit for the winch.

Wheels should be here in a week.

Then I will take time off work to crack on with it :)

did i read correctly you're going with 11" offset? will that not cause all sorts of lovely breakages? not to mention making every corner a nice handful of fun.

Yeh 11 inch offset :)

You need to remember my Suzuki does about 10 mph, never any more.

It will be fine, if it breaks I fix it. Simple.
