Fuel pump issues again, I think I know what's up now, and blew a shock to peaces.
Oh the joys !

Fucking thing, I've stripped the manifold off my engine, tested everything
And I have no fuel returning from the fuel rail.
Here's what I thinks happening. I fitted a new fuel pump, it's pumping away filling the fuel rail building up pressure, eventually because the pressure regulator isn't opening the fuel pump stops (seizes) because it can't pump anymore. Turn it off for half an hour and it will run again, all I can pressume is that the pump bleeds some pressure off.
Need a pressure requalor !!!

Have you still not sourced a pressure regulator?
Like I said other day on FB get an adjustable, just to prove it's the problem that saves waiting for one to turn up then once it's proven get on with sourcing one (surprised you haven't got one in your pile!).
When my return was too small, after running a minute or two the engine would die and would struggle to restart... but the fuel pump is fitted to the engine...
