winch bumper?

All tech relating to the Suzuki Vitara that won't relate to any other models, Front IFS etc.

I'm looking at buying a winch bumper but have been told they can ruin your driving capabilities is this true?

They are a lot heavier than standard but wouldn't say they cause any problems

Jimny 1.6 not as good as an SJ but still good

Looks like a nice bumper! If you have a heavy winch bumper and a heavy winch it will put more weight on the front springs and lower the front. If they are old springs it will have more of an effect

Yer I thought it looked nice. What I did think if it lowers it to much put 1 inch blocks on the springs. But I have got brand new springs on the front but original socks.

That certainly does look a sturdy bit of kit and very tempted to buy one,i already have a winch but i am thinking do i really need one,and at the moment i dont really think i do.

Its always good to have a winch bumper :D
You won't damage the front if you "accidentally" bump into something

That is very nice but £200? I'll be making one soon at it'll cost about a tenner!

It does like like a good bit of kit. I know what your saying about it being £200 but I don't really have the skills to build one and no one to get the steel from so its my best option really short of finding a second hand one.
