:welcome: back matey.

After all these years of taking the piss out of Suzuki's you have finally realised the error of your ways :thefinger: nice buy :doublethumbs: looking forward to seeing it tidied up.

Quick update...

We cleaned it all out and the floorpan is pretty good apart from the drivers footwell and a little bit behind the drivers seat.
The starter solenoid was sticky but we fixed that... throttle was completely jammed so the carb came off for a clean up
Battery didn't come with it so we found one...

Got it started up finally and it purrs like a kitten! unfortunately i broke my old windscreen taking it out so he will have to find another one!
We had it running for a while and the alternator works so with a few patches of welding, windscreen and indicator bulb we might be down for an MOT next week ;)

forgot to get more pics so will add more in the morning :)

Mid afternoon update...

We started on the hole at the front of the rear tub this morning, pretty standard place for them to rust!
Not the best bit of cutting welding but it will hold!!! ;)

Looks likes you've dug some awesome foliage out of it. Good to see it getting saved.

I take it you're gonna MOT it?

Mot will be soon, had to cut about 5x5" of rust out of the footwell but is nearly plated up now, should have the welding all done in a couple of days

Also it needs a fog light, switch and wiring is there just no light lol
