Body Panels

Post by palobest » Sun Feb 23, 2014 2:18 pm

I am looking to replace the inner and outer sills on my Suzuki Samurai and remove the plastic wheel arch flares after which it will no doubt require wheel arch kit panels. Who or where is the best place to obtain these panels - Any ideas Palo

If you have any local sheet metal engineering firms they should be able to fold you up some repair panels cheaply enough, I get my old boss to do mine, just cut out a section of your outer sill take it in and ask if they can match it but in the length you need. Once the outer sill is removed it's pretty easy to rebuild the inner sill.

I love those wheels
There's three ways of doing things:

The right way,
The wrong way
And my way, which is like the wrong way but faster.
