wiring 1.6 16v engine

i pressume when i put my 1.6 16v engine in my truck,i can use my 1.3 original loom to enable all other functions,Then wire my ecu in somewhere to get engine to run but do correct me if im wrong as this is a challenge for me which i will enjoy wen i drive the damn thing lol cheers.as ive got the wiring loom for this engine but not all the plugs n connectors are right .


im thinking i've got this one wrapped round me already pmsl . any help wud be appreciated cheers.

When I converted mine I used both the standard loom and the 16v loom and sort of piggybacked them together. I found a very good diagram and write up on the net by a bloke called warbird this made it very easy to convert to be honest
