Just had a quick shifty around the net and the average horn seems to draw about 5-6 amps.
So I would use 2mm squared cable (rated at 17.5a) and fuse them at 15a to a standard 30amp relay.

Haha got to love your diagrams Darrell, thanks for that! Will fid a relay and fuse holder tomorrow and get that done..
