Hi guys thought id say hi,new to suzukis,iv just bought a grand vitara GV1600 SE,its a 52 reg one owner with 66,000 fsh,i come from anus cherokee XJs of which iv owned four. My vitara iv gotta say is a real pleasant surprise it was an ebay bargain and to be honest i wasnt expecting much but after the 150 mile drive home im a convert, its only a 1600 but jeez she sat on the motorway at a decent speed and for a little truck was pretty quiet. My cherokee was a 4.0 with a Rough country 3 inch lift and although powerful the ride was harsh and noisy. Im hoping i can pick the Brains of some of you vitara Gods and get some info on a small inexpensive lift on mine as i noticed today my rear shocks are leaking and will need replacing and would be nice to lift her a little if i can do it without all the mods i had to do to the cherokee in order to get it to ride nice. Im not planing any rock crawlin or major mud pluggin lol but be nice to take her on some mild stuff in the future. my names Quint my user name Shogun is linked to my hobby of ju jitsu,im into biking and drive Trucks delivering powered access for a crust..so thats me il enjoy trawling through info here and finding out if this little truck and me are gonna stay friends.....

:welcome: to SCUK.

Guess you will want spring spacers for a small inexpensive lift... But wait for one of the bit guys to confirm that.
