Too far from me sorry. Are you sure that the cat isn't blocked?

No worries, Vitara Mad has said to check the cat first................. Sooooooooooo I was meant to be in for the retest this morning but as I had the engine problem once i fitted the cat I had to cancel it. Decided to do some other little jobs as I was fed up with trying to solve the running problem, I got touching se paint up in the engine bay and noticed the maf sensor lead was not pluged in!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pluged it in, turned the key and yep it worked bloody fine! The fault light still comes on but when you rev the engine it goes off till it ticks over again. What dumb ass lol

Least its running ok for now, just need to find out why the light is still coming on, the code is still showing TPS but least its running.

Check the TPS voltage while slowly increasing the throttle position, if you have any dead spots then its shot.
