Bearing is on the shaft and ready to be fitted tmoz :)

Also I have made a special tool to put my bearings on it is a bit of scaffolding pipe with a pice of tube about 3 inches long at the top inside so the bearing goes on straight exscuse my welding I didn't have much time lol

Also the bit of tube inside is about 2-3mm bigger so it is not a tight fit between the shaft splines

Nice work on the freebie horn. Won't sound the same though. I love the pathetic original horns. I do have my eye on some additional electric air horns though.

Yeah, I like the standard horn. It's got something a bit Herbie-esque about it.
There's three ways of doing things:

The right way,
The wrong way
And my way, which is like the wrong way but faster.

Haha get on

The vehicle that I got the horn of was a mitshibushi shogan

Right lads I have put a bit of exshaust wrap on.my manafold and It did smoke and smell abit as the other day I went greenlaning the engine bay was hot as I.have put a Janspeed exshaust on

I still need to finish of a bit more at the bottom but I.will use jubilee clips as they are better than.the metal cable ties also I wanted too see how it performs

Opinions please
