oh, I see now, that explains it.
It's not a question of how much you spend on your suzuki, but when your money will run out

Awesome, but question:

In your initial post, you said you're going to put a "J" engine in it. Then you said you're gonna put the GTI engine in it - I thought that the GTI engine was part of the "G" series? I thought the Suzuki "J" series engines were a different line?

Or am I being thick?

I think he mean 'J'apanese engined.
There's three ways of doing things:

The right way,
The wrong way
And my way, which is like the wrong way but faster.

Ah. So yes, I was being a bit thick. I thought he meant a Suzuki J series engine, like the one Scottie just pulled out of a grand vit...

Hi,

Oh I see, you mean J20? That will be my mate's Mini then. I like G13 engine as I will be happy with 300Bhp.
My mate will be going for J20 next and try to get 600Bhp in his AWD Mini estate with Justy running gears.
AWD Swift Gti bellhousing has same pattern as J-series engine, so he tells me.
His car is currently running just over 300bhp. Once he acheives his dream of 10s car in1/4 mile. he will be building J20 Mini.

Cheers

Yes, when you said you were putting a "J" engine in, I immediately thought J18 or J20, which confused me because then you said you were putting in a swift GTI engine.

I get it now though, J for Japanese. Doh!
