I know some good lanes around the downton and sixpenny way if you'd rather go in that direction

Well I'm always up for coming out (as long as the truck is one piece) so September and October both sound good. 8th of September is now looking more preferential than the 15th as it looks like I'll have a work commitment coming up but will try and see if I can get out of it.

Right boys and girls been to have a little scout and the water worry's I had turned to be a complete waist of time after a dry summer there was little to no water where I was most worried. So as long as its cool with every my first proposed plan is to meet at a small airfield called Compton Abbas, they have a really nice little cafe, I thought is would be a good idea as I have haven't meet anyone yet. Then a mile or so from there is the win green by way nice little lane great views and go past Guy Richies front door! Then from there a mile or so of road then jump on the ox drove all the way to Combe bisset. There is also another un-named by way at the end of the ox drove that brings you out back on the a354. Let me know what you guys think should be a good day and I'm trying to to come up with some other different wilts and dorset lanes for later in the year if people fancy it?

Sounds good, I've driven those roads quite a bit in my other car and it's a really nice area. Never been offroad that way though.
