Ive been offerd a samuri for a cheapish price
It was bought standard 7ish years ago, it was then set up for offroad by the owner(s) there proper mechanics from a very well known garage in Bristol.
Now they used it, hard, it was caged up and the cage had been used, they've winched it up a tree for a laugth and they use it to drive over and into the scrap cars they end up with.
There now building a defender 90 so they offerd the Sammy to me without the wheels, tyres and winch, my question is, what is it worth? could I break it and see some decent money from it? I haven't seen it in a few years, but my guess is its still probally on ok condition to break, I know it all still works ok. if theres keen interest in the parts I can get some pictures and put a few names down for parts wanted etc
I wouldont mind running it myself but me being 6.7 ft tall I struggle to fit in them comfortably

Re: Been Offered A Samuri (Sort Of)
I think you should get it and drive it I'm not as tall as you however, I've got buckets that are mounted 2" off the floor and there's now loads of headroom and if I didn't have the bulkhead in behind my seats they could go a long way back
It's hard to value them without seeing the condition and what sort of spec it has with regards to all the mods.
