about dampers and shocks
what is the difference between a damper and a shock? I got no clue
a shock should return to fully extended state after being pushed in right? is this true, and also does this apply to a steering damper too?

It's not a question of how much you spend on your suzuki, but when your money will run out

I always thought they were one in the same, such as a hood and a bonnet, a fender and a bumper.

Re: about dampers and shocks

Real useful stuff there Twiss. If anything you do bring some good humour to it all.
