Re: suzuki steve's 410 build
evening everybody! so bit of an update for ya
so as planned I arrived semi hung over from the night before. got a fair amount done today:
spacers fitted
welding finished off, well, ish. couple of tiny holes to do.
rubber fitted to arches
bull bar fitted (couple of small issues with it so not sure if I'm gonna keep it)
front indicators and side lights mounted on bull bar
ditched front bumper
removed bumper mounts to make way for the tyres as the spacers make em rub.
thats about it I think lol so time for pics

Re: suzuki steve's 410 build
so I feel I should explain a bit better, just done a list as im shattered.
the bull bar didn't fit properly for a couple of reasons, one of which was the vl. the arches being higher ment that the bull bar hit them. the other problem is that the bar was bent slightly. ill probably go for a heavy duty bumper of some description in the future but it'll do for now.
the welding done today was in the boot around the fuel filler. standard suzuki rust spot, no biggie.
also the guy who helps with my suzuki related problems has joined up today
he is now the proud owner of my old 410 and has some big plans for it

Bull bar looks fine to me mate!- one thing mr mot man might get picky with the side lights and indiaators a bit close. Other then that brilliant stuff.
